Timothy R. Weston, P.E. Vice President

With a bachelor's degree from Virginia Tech and master’s degree from the University of Texas, Mr. Weston joined MLA Labs in 1996. He provides the day-to-day project management and technical supervision of all engineering projects. Typical project types include land development, utility installation, municipal pavement design and construction, residential foundations, light commercial buildings, retaining walls, schools, hospitals, etc. Mr. Weston is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and has previously been the Continuing Professional Development Committee Chair for the Texas Section. Mr. Weston has also previously been the Younger Member Chair of the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers – Texas Section, and remains active in the institute. Beginning in 2006 and continuing through today, he teaches the local ASCE prep class in geotechnical engineering for the PE exam. In 2016, Mr. Weston was elected to the Board of Directors for the Greater Austin Contractors and Engineers Association, where he also serves on the Legislative Committee.
